Ladies and Gentlemen, I don't think I really should be telling you this but as I find it easier to tell you lot things about me then people I physically see here is my status: I have been diagnosed with severe depression. My roommates said I had a problem and I should go to the doctor, we also talked through my problems, here is the list:
-Emotionally unbalanced (?)
-Self Loathing (The Critic)
-Mood swings
-Talk to myself
-Paranoia/ Possible persecution complex
-Possible Aspergers (Autism?)
-Poor Sleeping patterns
-Issues with diet
-Often feel isolated and unmotivated (unless personal)
-Defensive (Defence Mechanisms)
-Sexual Frustration-(possibly empathises isolation)
-Wanting to be good, leads to burdening myself with other people's problems and devaluing my own-this could consequently heighten self-loathing
-Physical aches and pains/possibly triggered by stress
-Socially awkward, I get along better with people online than people I meet in person
So there you have it people...I have a problem, but you know what it's okay. Because I'm getting better, the doctor has got me on a prescription of anti-depressants and gonna get me therapy. My roommates and family all know and are gonna help me where they can and my wonderful girlfriend has been praying for me and will offer emotional support. But I'm gonna be doing the main bulk, I'm gonna fix myself up. So I'm gonna take my meds, go to therapy and stop being depressed.
